　　修武國家級臺灣農民創業園情況簡介

　　PROFILE OF XIUWU TAIWAN FARMER PIONEERING PARK

　　修武臺創園規劃區位於修武縣中北部，規劃範圍北臨雲臺山風景區、東連新鄉市輝縣、南至修武縣城、西通焦作市區，以五里源鄉為中心輻射七賢鎮和城關鎮。規劃區總面積11.07萬畝。

　　2011年6月8日，國家農業部、國務院臺灣事務辦公室聯合發文正式批復修武縣臺灣農民創業園後，省、市、縣高度重視，修武縣政府聘請中國農業科學院為修武臺創園編制總體規劃。總體規劃遵循科學原則，從修武縣農業發展實際出發，規劃了九大功能區，即臺創園核心區、農業高科技孵化基地、有機果品種植採摘區、特色農産品種植區、糧食飼料作物輪作區、花卉生産區、有機蔬菜生産區、創意農業區和農産品加工物流區。

　　發展優勢

　　一是區位優勢明顯。園區內交通便利，道路縱橫，主幹道雲臺大道是進入雲臺山景區的必經之路。

　　二是生態環境良好。主要園區五里源鄉號稱豫北小江南，淺層地下水質甚至達到礦泉水標準。

　　三是地力水準較高。園區內土壤肥沃，多年來，糧食單産始終保持千斤以上水準，在全國處於領先地位。

　　四是産業優勢突出。四大懷藥（懷菊花、懷牛膝、懷地黃、懷山藥）海內馳名，松花蛋、延陵大蔥古為皇室貢品，分別被列為河南省非物質文化遺産和地理標誌産品。

　　五是文化底蘊深厚。七賢鎮曾經是竹林七賢長期居住活動之地，在此孕育形成了著名的七賢文化。區內還有漢獻帝陵、濁鹿城遺址、海蟾宮等文物保護單位和眾多文化典故。

　　發展前景

　　修武臺創園在充分發揮地域優勢的同時，通過實施三大戰略，走精緻農業發展道路，力爭利用5--8年的時間，把修武縣臺灣農民創業園建設成為集規模化、集約化、標準化、産業化為一體，具有國際水準、融合臺灣元素、彰顯中原特色的現代農業産業園。

　　The planned area for the pioneering park is at the middle and northern part of the county. With a total area of 110,700 mu, its core area is at Wuliyuan Township, Qixian Town and Chengguan Town, surrounded by Yuntai Mountain Scenic Area in the north, Huixian County of Xinxiang City in the east, capital city of Xiuwu in the south and Jiaozuo in the west.

　　On Jun. 8, 2011, the pioneering park was approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council. Provincial, municipal and county leaders attached importance to the park, and the government of Xiuwu invited experts from China Academy of Agricultural Sciences to make an overall plan. On the basis of scientific principles and actual local conditions, the plan divides the park into nine zones, namely, Core Zone, Incubation Base of Agricultural Hi-tech, Organic Fruit Zone, Characteristic Produce Zone, Food and Fodder Zone, Flower Zone, Organic Vegetable Zone, Creative Agricultural Zone and Produce Processing and Logistics Zone.

　　Advantages for Development

　　1. Geographic advantage: Convenient transportation in the park, with Yuntai Avenue as the indispensable road to Yuntai Mountain Scenic Area;

　　2. Ecological advantage: Wuliyuan Township, the core area of the park, is called Little South China in North Henan, with its shallow underground water satisfying standard for mineral water;

　　3. Fertile land: Grain production per mu in the park has been over 500kg for many years, which is at advanced level across the country;

　　4. Industrial advantages: Four famous Huai Medicines (chrysanthemum, achyranthes bidentata, radices rehmanniae and yam); preserved duck egg and Yanling green Chinese onion were tributes for the royal family, which are non-tangible Heritage and Geographic Indication of Henan respectively;

　　5. Rich cultural and history: The Culture of Seven Distinguished Men is fostered here as the seven men once lived in Qixian Town; other cultural heritages include: Tomb of Emperor Hanxian, Relics of Zhuolu City and Haichan Palace.

　　Development Future

　　In addition to giving a full play to local advantages, planners of the pioneering park implement three strategies to develop the pioneering park by following the path of fine agriculture. It is planned to take 5-8 years to develop the park into a big-scale, intensive, standard and industrialized modern agricultural park that is internationally advanced and characteristic of elements of Taiwan and Central China.
