目前，我國蔬菜生産特別是設施蔬菜生産的發展面臨新的機遇，即由蔬菜的總量增長向全年蔬菜多樣化及品質提高的方向轉變。本項目運用現代技術，發展設施蔬菜，走高産、優質、高效、低耗和無污染的蔬菜種植新路子，實現從農業資源型開發向農業科技型開發轉變，達到生態效益、經濟效益和社會效益的統一。

項目概況

項目佔地面積14700畝，總投資5.92億元。根據市場情況和經濟分析，項目建成投産後年度銷售收入達到2.1億元，項目投資利潤率約為13.74%，動態投資回收期約為6.5年。

Vegetable Planting Base with Facilities

I. Project background

At present, development of vegetable cultivation in our country especially the cultivation with facilities faces new opportunity, that’s to say, we are now facing the change from total quantity increasing toward diversity of vegetables all the year round and the improvement of the quality. The project will develop the vegetable cultivation with facilities by using the modern technology and moving in the new direction of high production, quality and efficiency, low consumption and free from contamination to realize the transform from the development of agricultural resources to the using of science and technology in agricultural industry and the unity of ecological benefit, economic benefit and social benefit.

II. Project overview

The project occupies 14,700mu floor areas with total investment of 592 million yuan. According to the market situations and economic analysis, the project will realize annual sales income of 210 million yuan, about 13.74% investment profit ratio and about 6.5 years’ dynamic investment recovery period.
