項目背景

隨著人民生活水準日益提高，生活節奏加快，人們已不滿足蔬菜鮮吃的單一形式，迫切需要營養豐富、經濟實惠、安全衛生、富有風味、方便食用的各類蔬菜加工系列産品。其中，速凍蔬菜、脫水蔬菜和腌制蔬菜因其可以保持蔬菜原來的風味和營養成分，越來越受到消費者的喜愛，市場的消費額逐年增加。本項目通過引進先進的生産工藝，進行速凍蔬菜、脫水蔬菜和腌制蔬菜的加工，市場前景十分廣闊。

項目概況

本項目分三個區：脫水蔬菜加工區，速凍蔬菜加工區，腌制蔬菜加工區。

本項目建設投資0.60億元。項目完全達産後年可加工鮮菜100000噸，年可生産脫水蔬菜3000噸、速凍蔬菜16000噸、腌制蔬菜12000噸。

Vegetable Processing Project

I. Project background

Along with the increasingly improved living standard and the gradually accelerated pace of life, people are not satisfied with single vegetable but pursue various nutritious, economic, safe and healthy, tasteable and convenient vegetable processing products. Thus the quick-frozen vegetables, dehydrated vegetables and pickled vegetables are more and more popular with consumers because of their inherent flavors and nutrient contents and the market consumption amounts increase year by year. This project has broad market prospect by introducing advanced production technique as well as the processing of quick-frozen vegetables, dehydrated vegetables and pickled vegetables.

II. Project overview

This project is divided into three areas namely quick-frozen vegetables processing area, dehydrated vegetables processing area and pickled vegetables processing area.

Total investment for this project is 60 million yuan. As the project is put into operation, it will realize annual outputs of 100,000 tons fresh vegetables and respectively 3000 tons, 16,000 tons and 12,000 tons of dehydrated vegetables, quick-frozen vegetables and pickled vegetables.
