生豬屠宰加工項目

項目背景

我國豬肉需求潛力巨大，每人平均消費豬肉約21千克，佔肉類總消費量的85%左右。隨著農村經濟發展、農民收入增加，豬肉消費量必將大幅上升。而修武縣畜牧業發達，有豐富的生豬資源，2010年底生豬存欄量達32.1萬頭。生豬加工企業可以利用當地的生豬資源就地屠宰加工，達到優化資源配置、減少運輸成本和保證原料品質的目的。

項目概況

項目主要建設生豬屠宰、加工和冷藏用廠房共13000m2，包括待宰間2000m2；豬屠宰車間3000m2；分割肉及副産品車間3000m2；貯藏間，建設低溫冷庫2000m2等。

項目建設總投資7000萬元，本項目主要建設1個生豬屠宰加工廠，年屠宰加工生豬30萬頭，年産白條肉0.84萬噸、分割肉1.26萬噸和豬下水0.6萬噸。項目可帶動當地養殖業發展，推進農業産業結構升級，並促進農民增收，社會經濟效益明顯。

Pig Slaughter and Processing Project

I. Project background

Chinese pork demands potentials are huge as pork consumption per capita is about 21kg, which occupies about 85% of total meat consumptions. Along with the rural economic development and increased incomes of farmers, the pork consumptions will rise sharply. Meanwhile, the animal husbandry of Xiuwu County is developed with abundant pig resources and the live pigs amount reached 321,000 at the end of 2010. Live pig processing plants can carry out local pig slaughter and processing based on local pig resources, so as to optimize resources arrangement, reduce transportation cost and ensure raw materials quality.

II. Project overview

This project is mainly composed of 13,000m2 live pig slaughter, processing and refrigeration workshop buildings including 2000m2 pre-slaughter workshop, 3000m2 slaughter workshop, 3000m2 meat cutting and side product workshop as well as 2000m2 subzero storage workshop.

Total investment of this project is 70 million yuan. The founded pig slaughter and processing plant will reach annual outputs of 300,000 slaughter and processing pigs, 8400 tons carcass meat, 12,600 tons cutting meat and 6,000 tons haslets. This project has significant social economic benefits by bringing along the development of local livestock breeding, promoting the upgrade of agricultural industrial structure and increasing farmers’ incomes.
