More than 100 Chinese entrepreneurs including Wang Shi, Zhang Yue, Shen Nanpeng and Shi Derong yesterday shared their views in Pudong on Chinese companies' taking advantage of business opportunities brought by Expo 2010.
Many viewed Expo 2010 as a perfect opportunity to promote brand value as well as corporate social responsibilities.
The participants also said that companies should actively participate in environment protection, a theme of Expo 2010 and do their best in meeting the challenges of urbanization.
The activity was held by Expo organizers. It was aimed to help Chinese companies to build good image and boost their growth by taking advantage the opportunities provided by Expo 2010.
Leaders attended the activity included Feng Guoqin, chairman of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference's Shanghai Committee, Shanghai's local political advisory body, Hu Wei, vice-chairman of the standing committee of Shanghai Municipal People's Congress, Shanghai's local legislative body, and Zhu Xiaoming, vice chairman of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference's Shanghai Committee.
