歐盟官員：合作與信任促進歐中攜手應對氣候變化 | 世界觀

　　2024年11月，《聯合國氣候變化框架公約》第二十九次締約方大會(COP29)期間，各締約方就《巴黎協定》下屬條款達成共識，取得積極成果。圍繞政策視角下的全球氣候治理、歐中環保合作與氣候治理等話題，歐盟駐華代表團氣候行動與環境事務一等參贊駱浩君(Laurent Bardon)接受採訪時表示，應對氣候變化需要鉅額投資，需要法律確定性，增強投資者信心。此外，作為全球的主要經濟體，歐盟和中國需要共同努力，建設完善碳市場。雙方基於環保合作的基礎，可以共同努力應對氣候變化。(薛淩橋 林卓瑋)

　　The 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), or COP29, kicked off in Azerbaijan's capital city of Baku in November in 2024. All parties have agreed on the subordinate terms under the Paris Agreement, making an important breakthrough.

　　Speaking on the global climate governance from the perspective of the policy as well as the environmental protection cooperation and climate governance, Laurent Bardon, first counsellor for Climate Action and Environment at the European Union (EU) Delegation to China, said in a recent interview with China News Network, that to address climate change, the world needs huge investments and we must have legal certainty towards investors to boost their confidence.

　　Additionally, he added that as major economies globally, the EU and China can make joint efforts in building and improving the carbon market mechanism.
