Medical legal expert Shao Mingqiang is a cautious man who always reviews his findings twice knowing his conclusion could cause a lifetime sorrow.
Despite working in his post for 17 years, Shao is always careful to avoid any mistakes. Now he will take his forensic skills to the CPC National Congress.
"No honor can be more precious than mass respect and recognition," said Shao, a deputy of 18th CPC National Congress.
