Nanjing, capital of east China's Jiangsu Province, has become a major attraction for investment from Taiwan, as overseas money is investing in the Yangtze River delta areas.
In the Jiangning development zone alone, 18 Taiwan-funded projects were established during the first half of the year, involving 220 million US dollars in total investment.
So far, more than 6,000 Taiwan enterprises have invested in Nanjing, including nine of Taiwan's top 10 notebook computer producers and 30 of Taiwan's leading 100 companies.
