One-hundred and 66 tons of fruit purchased in Taiwan will find its way to 14 cities in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
The fruit, such as pineapple and pawpaw, is grown in Tainan, the semitropical fruit growing region in Taiwan. It's shipped from Taiwan's Kaohsiung port and arrives in Guangxi after inspection in Xiamen in Fujian province. The price is two or three times higher than locally grown fruits. But with good quality and taste, it attracts many customers.
