The most high-profile conference should be the one given by Premier Wen Jiabao at the end of the Fourth Session of the Tenth National People's Congress (NPC).

The State Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Land and Resources, and State Environmental Protection Administration will jointly hold a press conference on building an energy-saving and environment-friendly society.
