BEIJING, Oct. 20 (Xinhua) -- China's top political advisor, Jia Qinglin, visited a photo exhibition about the ongoing Shanghai World Expo in Beijing on Wednesday.
Photographs for the exhibition were selected out of more than 20,000 photos taken by Xinhua photographers at the Expo and later processed using 3D technologies.
On Wednesday, Jia also visited two separate exhibitions in Beijing: one displayed the charity work of political advisors and the other involved pictures taken by the political advisors, which showcased achievements in ecological conservation in China.
Jia is the chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the country's top advisory body, and a Standing Committee member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee. |
